I talked with Rich today and with much schedule manipulation, he was able to attend the Chicken Ride in Chicago. This is a recurring Wednesday night event and, as evidenced by the attached photo, an escort is required on the ride to survive in Chicago traffic.
He told me that it was a stellar begining to the Chicken ride for '07. He was most excited by the new sexy bikes that showed up, so today he is hurrying to Alberto's Bike Shop to put his new System 6 with SRAM Force together. I have to say that I am extremely jealous on all fronts. I really, really dig the 'dales and have been jones'en for the Force stuff.
I can't wait to see the new rig.
